Ngakpa Shawl

This three-paneled burgundy and white striped shawl, or “Zen”, is made of a cotton fabric. It is used by Buddhist "lay" practitioners, Yogis or Yoginis, who have completed their ordination for specific training practices. You can ask your personal teacher whether or not it is suitable to wear the shawl and under what circumstances.
